Decent, but I expected more promo options
I've been using 1Password for ages, but decided to try Dashlane since everyone raves about its Master Password feature. It works pretty well, and the Autofill is solid, but I was really hoping to find some kind of text-based discount code for new users. Instead, it was mostly just promotional links and internal upgrades, which isn't quite as satisfying as a 27% off coupon you can manually type in. The money-back guarantee is a nice safety net though.
Glad I Upgraded to Premium
Got a good deal for new customers on the Dashlane Premium upgrade, saved about 25%. I'd been using the free version and really needed something more. The Secure Notes feature is fantastic for storing all my various logins and other sensitive info. The VPN for WiFi protection is a nice bonus too, though sometimes it can be a little slow to connect. Decent, but some quirks
I finally decided to try Dashlane after seeing a few recommendations online. The ordering process itself was pretty standard, no real issues there. I got the confirmation email almost immediately, which was good. Delivery, well, it's a digital product so that's instant. The setup on my laptop was straightforward enough, installed the browser extension and the desktop app without any major hiccups. What I've found though is that sometimes it can be a bit slow to autofill, especially on certain websites. It doesn't happen all the time, but enough to notice and get a little annoying when I'm in a hurry. The security dashboard is nice, shows you if you have any weak passwords, which is a useful feature. I haven't had to contact support yet, so can't comment on that. It's a solid password manager, but those occasional autofill delays keep it from being a 4 or 5-star experience for me. It's okay, does the job for the most part.

Used Dashlane again last week when I upgraded to their premium plan. Been with them for years and they're consistently good at keeping everything secure, especially with the 2FA. Wish they offered more discounts for existing users though, feels like all the good deals are for new customers only. Still, worth it for the peace of mind.
So much better than 1Password!
Wow, I used 1Password for years and always felt a little meh about it, but Dashlane is a totally different experience! Got the Family Plan
So I finally got the Friends & Family Plan, and it's pretty sweet. Everyone in the house can use it, which is way easier than managing all those passwords separately. It was simple to invite everyone, and the apps work fine on phones and desktops. No real complaints, just made things less of a headache.
